AIWEE: Each status means the state of an order placed by customer:
Pending - Awaiting for customer payment
Processing - Order is being processed. Usually it takes up to 5 minutes.

Complete - Order is processed
Closed - Orders closed by administrator
Canceled - Order canceled
Expired - Order expired

Q: I did not receive my key instantly after purchase. What should i do?
AIWEE: First of all check your order status after purchase. If your order status is "Completed" then the key was sent to your Deliveries.
If your order status is "Processing" then it means it's waiting for Admin approval to get completed.
Q: My received key is not working. What should i do?
AIWEE: No need to panic. There are several reasons why your key might not be working. Read again the product description and make sure you have activated
the key as described. If it's still not working then contact us via Ticket along with an error screenshot and with short description.
Q: What is Bonus and how to use it?
AIWEE: Bonus is a reward that customers receive according to internal AIWEE Bonus program. You can pay by Bonuses not more than 50% of every order.
